    I absolutely LOVED this message. Every physical & spiritual blessing we have received from God is not of our doing. He has allowed us to stand upon the great shoulders & backs of our incredible ancestors. You’re so on point that while they did not get to see all the results of those prayers & petitions, we who walk the earth today owe our successes to those who endured beyond anything we can imagine. I often say if the trees could talk along that Deepstep Rd that our family members walked, what would we learn. Thank you for a powerful message. Like you, I proudly proclaim that I AM MY ANCESTORS. ….and proud to share many of those ancestors with you & Betty Poole.

    I loved everything you said. it is so important to know who you are, so you can know where you are going and how you are going to get there. Family is important, it is significant to everything that relates to our being. I love listening to my mother talk about the good ole days as she can say. I love my family, they can make you laugh with a natural flow of humour. My grandmother was an amazing cook, my passion is cooking, since I’m older and have mastered some of her skills through my mother; there is creativity in cooking and no need to measure everything. I have ways like family members on my father and mother side and I embrace it with joy. I think when you can see yourself in your Ancestors, you are looking at a Masterpiece and you can say “I am somebody special, I Am My Ancestors. Love ya Keisha, awesome!!
